Price Override Report

In Sage 300 ERP, Order Entry screen lets a user save data related to sales that includes the Items, Units, Prices, Comments, etc. and many details. Any changes made to the transactions are saved in the backend. Mostly in all the transactions and modules the latest changes are saved and the previous values that are edited are erased. Sometimes, organizations feel the need to maintain such edited values and details so as to track the changes easily. Hence, we have introduced a Report, named ‘Price Override Report’ in OE Module which will display edited details like old unit price value and the user has that has changed the unit price value and at what Date and time user has done the modifications in OE Order Entry Screen.

New Stuff: – Undeclared identifier in view creation

We have fetched as much details from the OE Entry Transactions that will enable the organozation to fetch the previous as well as current Price in report. The Screen used for printing this report will have the following parameters:

  • From and To Customer Number
  • From and To Order Number
  • From and To Order Date

The report data will be produced as an MS-Excel exported file.
