IC Lot/Serial Transaction Report in SAGE 300

In our last posts we had discussed most of the Lot/Serial Number List and Lot/Serial Stock reports in Sage 300. Similarly IC Serial Transaction Report  is used to know the details about the transactions performed for a particular lot/Serial Number. This report gives the details of the Lot/Serial locations, availability, transaction types and source applications.

New Stuff :- AR ledger Report

There are different filters available on the UI as follows:

  • From and To Serial Number
  • From and To Item Number
  • From and To Location
  • From and To Document Date
  • Status Available/Not Available/Both

The below Screen will appear:

This report can be found under Inventory Control –>IC Stock Control Reports –>IC Serial/Lot Transactions Report.

Following are the filter criteria’s available to print the report:

Print: Use this field to print the report for lot numbers/serial numbers.

Serial Number/Lot Number: This field provides the option to filter the report for selected serial or lot numbers.

Item Number: This report provides the option to filter the lot/serial item numbers.

Location: This report provides the option to filter the lot/serial item numbers according to the location.

Document Date: This report provides the option to filter the lot/serial item numbers according to the Document Date of the transactions as the report will print all the transactions for that particular date.

Status: This report provides the option to filter the lot/serial item numbers according to the availability status of the lot/serial number.

Sort By: Specify whether to sort the information on the report by item number or location.

Thus with the help of this report transactions for lot and serial numbers for a particular item can be easily tracked.
