Manufacturing order is a request for a new product or item, it also contains information and its component and operations so the user can define the child Mo also and system allow to create, Edit, and close particular manufacture order. User can only edit Existing MO but incase If MO status will be closed then user can’t do any changes for this Particular MO.

Sometime company required manufacturing functionality, but the requirement is not enough to propose a full manufacturing solution they required assembly transaction. But with the use of manufacturing and BOM they can create Assembly transaction. Incase if company required multiple transaction for same requirement then is it possible to copy same order again?
Create Manufacture Order in Sage 300 ERP–> navigate to Sage 300 –>Manufacture Order–>MF Transaction –> Manufacturing Order Entries and select item Number, Qty, BOM number, Production Area etc.
New Stuff: Create duplicate copy of Manufacturing BOM in Single Click
In this example, we have taken item no “64.11.1917.05 (FISHPLATE)”, ordered quantity “10” with 56200 BOM number and we will create Manufacture Order.
Now how can we Copy same Manufacturing order, Sage 300 ERP for manufacturing will provide solution for it using this functionality user can easy to copy Existing Manufacture order please Refer below screen:-
We will provide revised button once user click on Revised Mo then new MO should get created.
E.g. suppose User XYZ create new MO with BOM 56200 and A, B, C, D different operations with header item 64.11.1917.05 and user add same entry, now user click on Revised Mo button and NEW MO should get created with name of NEW-R1.
