Migrating Customer Ship to Address from Sage Pro to Sage 300

In this blog we will discuss about how GUMU™ migrates Customer Ship to Address from Sage Pro to Sage 300 ERP (Formerly known as Accpac).

New Stuff: Migrate Customer Memos (Notes) from Sage Pro ERP to Sage 300 ERP

In the below screenshot you can see the Customer Ship to Address of Sage Pro. To view the Customer Ship to Address of Sage Pro follow the below mentioned path:

Open Sage Pro => Select Application ‘AR’ => Select any company => click Maintain => click on customers => select a customer

Change the drop down from ‘Customer’ to ‘Ship to’ and the below pop- up appears:

Click on finder as highlighted, you will get the list of ship to address of the particular customer as given in below screenshot:

Double click on an address:

After the conversion, the data is converted as below in Sage 300 ERP

You can view Customer Ship to Address in Sage 300 from the following path –

A/R Customers -> Ship-to-Locations ->Click on finder as shown in the below screenshot -> Select a customer-> Click open

In this way, Sage Pro Customer Ship to addresses are migrated into target Sage 300 ERP company database.
