We all knows that, in today’s world automatic system adoption for any process is the norm. Even for a process like negative cash balance, Sage 300 has come up with a useful automation. To achieve this we have made utility which will run automatically or you can set scheduler for that, which will run after particular time interval.
Requirements which you have before using it.
– You should have SMS provider link, through which we can send the SMSs.
– You need to add one optional field in which you have to add BANK CODEs with their mobile numbers. This optional field will use at the time of executing our Auto SMS utility.
Working: While executing utility, it will initially check all the Bank Accounts for only those banks which are defined into the optional field. Refer the below screen shot for more clarification.
